Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
No. The discovery call and first in-home consultation are complimentary. Paid design agreements begin only once scope is clear.
Who will I communicate with during construction?
One dedicated project manager, supported by a written weekly progress report and a shared schedule.
What happens if something is wrong at the end?
It goes on the punch list and gets corrected before final payment, then your written workmanship warranty covers the work after closeout.
